Are you an adventurous mother or considering the choice of an adventurous motherhood? This is a trip designed to get mom's out on a fun supported adventure through the magnificent peaks of Peru via the Santa Cruz Trek. The Trek is a 31 mile route through some of the most spectacular mountains of Peru. Towering over 20,000ft these mountains will truly inspire. The trek will take 4 days and 3 nights, the highest point will be 15,617 feet as we venture over Punta Union Pass. Each day will follow a relaxed pace with the option for bonus side hikes/runs. One of the most unique aspects of this trip is the personal transformation components. I am an Intuitive Mindset Coach and will have daily exercises to help you overcome fear and remove belief systems that no longer serve you to help you reach and expand as an individual and a mother. I am bringing my 3 month year old. Kids are welcome, this will be a camping trip but with style. Running Adventure
wind river range
Wyoming
AUGUST 29 - SEPTEMBER 3, 2023
USD $3600
Run through one of the most spectacular remote wildernesses in the U.S. Wyoming’s Titcomb Basin, in the Wind River mountain range, is nearly 30KM (19mi) from the nearest dirt road. But that doesn’t mean all comforts are lost. While you spend your days running past lakes and glaciers, you’ll spend your nights in a custom-built, fully stocked base camp with a skilled chef. Pack horses will carry the weight of your gear, while you focus on enjoying running through the mountains. The camp sits at over 3,000M (9,845ft) above sea level, where the vegetation ends and the awe-inspiring alpine terrain begins.
Start / End location: Jackson Hole, USA
This trip is run in partnership with Exum Mountain Guides.
WHO IS THIS TRIP FOR?
This trip is for experienced runners/fast-packers who have completed trail half marathons, and have recent extensive trail running experience in wilderness settings. You should also be prepared to adapt to changing mountain weather conditions. You will be out on the trails for 5-8 hours per day, and must be able to run 20-28KM (12-18mi) per day with elevation gains up to +600M (+2,000ft) per day. You will need to carry a trail running lightweight pack (10-20L) with needed daily gear for this trip (including but not limited to; daily food, water and extra layers).
ITINERARY
DAY 1
ARRIVAL DAY
We meet at our hotel in Jackson where we kick off the trip with a group briefing, welcome dinner and hi-fives.
DAY 2
ISLAND LAKE
We drive to Elkhart Park Trailhead, just outside historic Pinedale. The trailhead sits at 2,835M (9,300 ft) at the edge of the Wind River mountain range. We warm up with a few kilometers of forest on the Pole Creek Trail before taking a break at the inspiring Photographer’s Point. The next section takes us past the high alpine lakes of Eklund, Seneca and Little Seneca. Then we tackle the last pass of the day, which takes us to Island Lake at the start of Titcomb Basin, and we settle into camp.
Distance: 19.3KM (12mi)
Elevation: +640M (+3,000ft) / -305M (-1,000ft)
DAY 3
INDIAN PASS
We run into Indian Basin, which lies under Fremont Peak (Wyoming’s 3rd highest peak). This remote alpine cirque is breathtaking, surrounded by 3,963M (13000 ft) peaks and huge couloirs. The view from Indian Pass is dramatic, and it reveals the highest glaciers in the Lower 48.
Distance: 16.1KM (10mi)
Elevation: +638M (+2,093ft) / -638M (-2,093ft)
DAY 4
TITCOMB BASIN
This relatively flat run will take us through the heart of Titcomb Basin. The walls of the basin tower 915M (3,002ft) over our heads and high alpine lakes sit just a few feet from our running trail. We are right in the centre of the Wind River range, far removed from “civilization.”
Distance: 16.1KM (10mi)
Elevation: +183M (+600ft) / -183M (-600ft)
DAY 5
POLE CREEK TRAIL
We return to the Elkhart Trailhead via the Pole Creek Trail. We’ll take our time so we can enjoy our last day in “the Winds.” We’ll have a celebratory dinner together back in Jackson.
Distance: 19.3KM (12mi)
Elevation: +427M (+1,400ft)
Day 6
DEPARTURE DAY
Everyone checks out and says their goodbyes before heading home.

Ski Mountaineering
volcanos
in Chile
September 2023
This is a ski adventure with an incredible coaching component. Do you get in your own way? Does fear hold you back? Do you want to become a better mountaineer and push what is physically and mentally possible? Then it all starts with your mindset and this unique trip is for you. We will be working with the four human domains - mind, body, spirit, and heart, to help you become the best version of yourself in the mountains. If you desire to learn more about leadership in the mountains, you have the opportunity to be a part of the whole process. I have space for four ladies who are ready for transformation. I will be working directly with each of you as we also work together as a team. This coaching aspect is limited to four but is a part of a larger coed group with two IFMGA mountain guides who will also have clients. We will have our own transportation and hotel rooms. We will work together on the mountains, occasionally join up for team dinners, and travel caravan style.
The entire team will show up confident in preparation, gear, and the fact that we will ski a ton of amazing terrain. We’re keeping the exact agenda “fast and loose” to allow for conditions adaptation. For instance, in the event of a drier snow year we will want to spend more of our time further south. The agenda is flexible, but the main “bones” of the trip (start and end dates, arrival/departure airport, the fact that we will ski a bunch of amazing peaks!) won’t change.

Couples workshop
in Canada
Backcountry skiing in Canada is a true "rite of passage". So many incredible places like Rogers Pass, Aemmer Couloir, Bow Summit and Seven Steps of Paradise elicit images of the steep, deep, untracked, and iconic. From a posh hut just a short helicopter flight from Golden, BC some of the world's best day-trip mountain ski touring can be found. We have the option to tour east for the powder of the mellow glades or northeast to some of the iconic summits of the area. This is one of those legendary hut -based ski touring trips. Not only will we have options to ski amazing terrain but Mark and I are offering a unique time to enhance your relationship. We will teach you how to create a thrilling relationship while having an amazing adventure. We will ski all day and then have a five star meal followed by a teaching by Mark or myself on different topics of successful relationships. It is a non intimidating group format where you can choose to share or choose to listen. We create a place for growth and transformation for your relationship.
